A brief introduction to the machine:
FXZ-6L Inline Capping Screw Machine is mainly used for placing
cylindrical metal or plastic caps with internal threads on the
opening of bottles and tightening. For example, cylindrical
beverage bottles with internal threads, edible oil bottles, pill
bottles and so on, can be used in medicine, food, beverage, oil,
pesticide and other industries, a wide range of uses. Usually used
with conveyor, filling machine and other production line equipment,
constitute a complete set of production line. It can also be used
separately after the product is configured with a conveyor belt.

The working conditions:
1. The ambient medium temperature is not higher than +50℃, not less
than -10℃.
2. The relative temperature of air shall not be greater than 85%
(when the medium temperature is 20±5℃).
3. Where there is no conductive dust.
4. Explosion-free environment.
5. Free of corrosive metals and insulating gases and vapors.
6. Where there is no violent vibration and shock.

Use and maintenance :
1.The machine can be connected to production after debugging
according to the above method, please do not adjust at will, so as
not to affect the normal production.
2.In normal production, the cover of the bottle (can) in the
material box of the capping device should be replenished
continuously. Do not add too much at a time and affect the speed of
the cap.Do not add metal objects into the material system of the
capping device.
3.When the machine is running, do not put your hand between the
capping wheel and the entrapment wheel to take the bottle and the
cap, so as to avoid the accident of clipping.
